Just as a diamond’s journey to brilliance is shaped by time and a collaborative process, so our human potential can be shaped to illuminate the future. The Mouawad Diamond Impact Fund focuses its activities on education and skills development, selecting projects that seek to make a positive impact on individuals, communities, and the world.
Regions
South Africa has a long history of diamond mining and is a key location for Mouawad as both a source of diamonds and as home to a manufacturing base. Recently, five South African nationals were selected by Mouawad to receive full training in diamond manufacturing in Bangkok, contributing to Mouawad’s goal of having its Johannesburg manufacturing base eventually fully staffed by South African nationals.
